Yuwell Pocket-X Travel CPAP Bundle with F&P Vitera Full Face Mask Fit Pack
A stable, highly adaptable full-face travel CPAP combination pairing the ultra-portable Yuwell Pocket-X with Fisher & Paykel Healthcare's F&P Vitera Full Face Mask — featuring RollFit™ XT technology, Dynamic Stability, breathable VentiCool™ headgear and Small, Medium and Large mask seals in one convenient Fit Pack.
The Yuwell Pocket-X Travel CPAP Bundle with F&P Vitera Full Face Mask Fit Pack is designed for CPAP users who need therapy through both the nose and mouth but prefer the stability and familiar feel of a traditional over-the-nose full-face mask.
Weighing approximately 0.66 lb / 300 g, the Yuwell Pocket-X provides CPAP and Auto CPAP (APAP) therapy in an exceptionally compact travel format. Unlike travel CPAP systems that restrict users to proprietary masks, the Pocket-X works with compatible standard CPAP masks and tubing.
The F&P Vitera is a full-face mask designed around three priorities: stability, adaptability and breathability. Its RollFit™ XT silicone seal dynamically moves with the user, while a dedicated stability bar helps keep the cushion securely positioned throughout the night.
For users who move frequently, sleep on their side, mouth breathe or experience intermittent nasal congestion, the Vitera provides a particularly stable full-face interface without requiring excessive headgear tension.
Why We Paired the Pocket-X with the F&P Vitera
Minimalist full-face masks are excellent for many users, but they are not always the most stable solution for every face or sleeping style.
Some CPAP users simply perform better with a traditional full-face cushion surrounding both the nose and mouth. Vitera provides this broader sealing surface while incorporating modern technology designed to allow the seal to move rather than remain rigid against the face.
The combination of the RollFit™ XT seal and Vitera stability bar creates what F&P describes as Dynamic Stability — allowing the cushion to adapt to movement while the frame provides a secure zone of support.
This makes the Vitera especially attractive for users who:
- Move frequently during sleep
- Sleep on their side
- Need full-face therapy
- Experience mouth leak with nasal masks
- Experience nasal congestion
- Prefer a more traditional mask seal
- Prioritize stability over ultra-minimal facial contact
Who Is the Pocket-X + Vitera Bundle Best For?
- Mouth breathers
- Users requiring nose-and-mouth PAP therapy
- People with frequent or intermittent nasal congestion
- Side sleepers
- Active sleepers who change position frequently
- Users who experience instability with minimal-contact full-face masks
- People who prefer an over-the-nose full-face cushion
- Users looking for multiple cushion sizes in one Fit Pack
- People who want breathable headgear for warmer sleeping environments
- Travelers who want their familiar full-face therapy with a smaller CPAP machine
- Users who prefer a non-magnetic mask

Vitera Fit Pack: Small, Medium & Large Seals Included
The F&P Vitera Fit Pack — VIT1SMLA includes all three available Vitera RollFit™ XT seal sizes.
- Small
- Medium
- Large
The Vitera arrives with the Medium seal installed, while Small and Large seals are supplied in the Fit Pack as alternatives.
This allows users to compare all three sizes directly rather than trying to predict full-face sizing before purchasing.
One Vitera frame accepts all three seal sizes, so changing cushion size does not require replacing the entire mask frame.
RollFit™ XT — Designed to Move Instead of Fight Movement
The RollFit™ XT seal is one of the most important reasons to consider Vitera.
As the user moves during sleep, the soft silicone cushion is designed to roll backward and forward rather than remaining rigidly fixed against the face.
This movement helps the mask adapt to changes in facial position while maintaining the seal around the nose and mouth.
F&P reports that RollFit™ XT provides approximately 93% more roll than its previous-generation RollFit™ seal.
The shape has also been designed to accommodate a broad range of facial and nasal dimensions while helping minimize leakage toward the eyes.
Helps Reduce Pressure on the Bridge of the Nose
Vitera is a traditional full-face mask and does contact the bridge of the nose, but the RollFit™ XT technology is specifically designed to reduce unnecessary pressure in this area.
The rolling portion of the silicone cushion can move as the face changes position instead of forcing the entire mask to shift.
This provides a very different feel from older rigid full-face cushion designs.
Dynamic Stability for Active Sleepers
The Vitera's stability bar works together with the RollFit™ XT seal to create a broad zone of support.
This reduces the tendency for the cushion to ride up the face or become displaced when the user turns during sleep.
In F&P's internal validation study:
- 93% of patients rated Vitera equally or more stable than their usual mask.
- 88% were able to sleep in their preferred sleeping position throughout the night.
- 90% rated Vitera equally or more comfortable on the face than their usual mask.
These characteristics make Vitera particularly attractive for side sleepers and active sleepers who need full-face therapy.
VentiCool™ Headgear — Designed to Release Heat & Moisture
Full-face masks require more headgear than minimalist nasal interfaces, which can make heat and moisture buildup more noticeable.
Vitera therefore uses F&P's proprietary VentiCool™ breathable fabric.
VentiCool is designed to allow significantly more air and moisture to escape through the headgear material than conventional full-face mask fabrics.
F&P internal testing reports approximately 21 times greater airflow and at least 35% greater moisture transfer compared with the headgear material used in its earlier leading full-face mask range.
This can be especially beneficial for users who sleep warm, experience night sweating or travel to warmer climates.
Quiet Full-Face Therapy: 21.8 dB(A)
Despite its larger full-face seal, Vitera remains relatively quiet.
F&P publishes a sound pressure level of 21.8 dB(A) ± 2.5 dB.
Published sound power is 29.8 dB(A) ± 2.5 dB.
This makes Vitera a strong choice for shared bedrooms, hotel rooms and other environments where mask noise can affect a sleeping partner.
Exceptionally Low Published Flow Resistance
Fisher & Paykel publishes very low pressure-drop figures for the Vitera mask system:
| Flow Rate | Pressure Drop |
|---|---|
| 50 L/min | 0.24 ± 0.15 cmH₂O |
| 100 L/min | 0.47 ± 0.15 cmH₂O |
These values represent pressure loss through the mask at standardized airflow rates.
Integrated Non-Rebreathing Safety Valve
Because Vitera covers both the nose and mouth, it incorporates an integrated non-rebreathing valve.
The valve is designed to provide access to room air if positive airway pressure flow is interrupted.
- Opening-to-atmosphere pressure: less than 0.56 cmH₂O
- Closing-to-atmosphere pressure: less than 2.16 cmH₂O
- Inspiratory resistance with valve: 1.05 ± 0.15 cmH₂O
- Expiratory resistance with valve: 0.80 ± 0.15 cmH₂O
Vitera Mask Dead Space by Seal Size
| Seal Size | Published Mask Dead Space |
|---|---|
| Small | 246 cc |
| Medium | 271 cc |
| Large | 322 cc |
Designed for 4–30 cmH₂O PAP Therapy
F&P specifies Vitera for PAP therapy across a 4–30 cmH₂O operating pressure range.
This completely covers the Yuwell Pocket-X's 4–20 cmH₂O therapy range.
Vitera can therefore also remain useful as a primary mask with compatible home CPAP, APAP or bilevel systems that operate within its manufacturer-specified range.
Designed for Mouth Breathing & Nasal Congestion
Vitera provides positive airway pressure through both the nose and mouth.
This can make it particularly appropriate for:
- Habitual mouth breathers
- Users who experience mouth leak with nasal masks
- People with seasonal allergies
- People with intermittent nasal congestion
- Users who prefer the security of a full-face seal
Three Points of Headgear Adjustment
Vitera headgear provides three areas of adjustment to help balance support without excessive pressure.
The headgear has also been designed to avoid sensitive cheekbone areas where possible, helping reduce pressure in common facial-contact zones.
Removable Forehead Clip
Vitera incorporates a removable forehead clip.
The clip allows the headgear to be detached without repeatedly threading the straps through the mask frame, simplifying mask removal, cleaning and reassembly.
It also helps reduce headgear tangling when the mask is packed for travel.
VisiBlue™ Colour Cues
Fisher & Paykel incorporates VisiBlue™ colour highlights into key Vitera components.
These blue visual cues help identify important connection and orientation points during:
- Initial fitting
- Daily mask use
- Disassembly
- Cleaning
- Reassembly
This is particularly useful for travel, when masks may be taken apart and packed more often than equipment that remains permanently beside the bed.
No Magnetic Mask Clips
Fisher & Paykel Healthcare confirms that its PAP mask range, including the Vitera, does not contain magnetic mask components.
Vitera uses mechanical headgear clips instead.
Not Made with Natural Rubber Latex or DEHP
Fisher & Paykel states that the Vitera mask and its accessories are not made with natural rubber latex or DEHP.
Waterless Travel Humidification Included
Traditional heated humidification adds a water chamber, additional equipment and generally requires access to distilled water.
Every SleepEZ Pocket-X Travel Bundle includes 4 compatible Transcend Heat-Moisture Exchange (HME) units.
HME technology captures some of the warmth and moisture contained in exhaled breath and returns a portion of that moisture during inhalation, providing a compact waterless travel CPAP humidification option.
No water chamber. No distilled-water bottle in your luggage. Less equipment to carry.

How to Fit the F&P Vitera Full Face Mask
Vitera should be fitted securely enough to maintain the seal while still allowing the RollFit™ XT cushion to move naturally.
- Begin with the Medium RollFit™ XT seal installed on the mask.
- Ensure one lower headgear clip is disconnected from the mask frame.
- Place the cushion over the nose and mouth.
- Guide the VentiCool™ headgear over the head.
- Reconnect the lower headgear clip.
- Adjust the lower straps gently and evenly.
- Adjust the upper straps.
- Loosely adjust the blue forehead straps rather than overtightening them.
- Connect the Vitera to your Pocket-X tubing.
- Start therapy and check for leaks while lying in your normal sleeping position.
- If persistent leakage or discomfort occurs, try the Small or Large seal supplied in the Fit Pack.
Avoid overtightening. RollFit™ XT is designed to roll and adapt as you move. Excessive strap tension can prevent the cushion from working as intended.
