Clinician-led. Fast. Human-to-human. Built for hospitals, retirement homes, and institutional partners.

Procurement teams, discharge planners, and clinical leaders are under constant pressure to open beds, reduce readmissions, control costs, and improve patient comfort, without compromising care quality.

SleepEZ Home Health supports that mission by making it easier to transition appropriate patients into safe, supported respiratory therapies in the home or care facility with fast delivery, responsive communication, and clinical-grade equipment.

Why Facilities Choose SleepEZ

No Call Centres - ever.

When you call SleepEZ, a real person answers, or calls back ASAP.

No ticket queues, no bouncing between departments, no “we’ll get back to you in 2–3 business days.”

Faster turnaround + easier coordination

With strategic locations and partners across Ontario and British Columbia, we can support:

  • Rapid deployment for urgent discharges
  • Short-notice equipment needs
  • Tailored delivery and service workflows that match your facility’s internal process

Local trust, built on patient-care standards

We’re clinician-led, and we’ve spent over a decade seeing where systems break down:

  • delayed set-ups
  • unclear communication
  • one-size-fits-all setups
  • limited follow-up after discharge

We built SleepEZ to solve those gaps with a “care-first” approach that still works for procurement.

Helping You Open Beds and Reduce Exacerbations Through Home Therapies

Many facilities are actively trying to:

  • increase bed availability
  • reduce patient exacerbations
  • reduce admissions/readmissions
  • lower overall care costs
  • improve patient comfort and mental health outcomes

For appropriate patients, home-based respiratory therapies can support comfort, quality of life, and continuity of care, while helping reduce exposure to hospital-acquired illnesses and supporting smoother discharge pathways.

Who We Work With

We regularly support workflows involving:

  • Hospital procurement departments
  • Discharge nurses and discharge planners
  • Social workers
  • Occupational therapists
  • Respiratory therapists
  • WSIB / work-safe injury coordinators
  • Retirement homes, long-term care, and complex care facilities

If your goal is to reduce discharge friction, we’re built for that.

Therapies & Equipment We Support

Therapies & Equipment We Support

Oxygen Therapy

  • Stationary oxygen concentrators
  • Portable oxygen concentrators
  • COPD, ILD, emphysema, palliative and comfort-focused care pathways

High-Flow Therapy (HFNT)

We support High-Flow Nasal Therapy and High-Flow Tracheostomy Therapy for suitable patients as part of home or facility-based care planning.

Evidence-informed home feasibility: A 90-day pilot study in COPD patients recently discharged after an exacerbation found daily home HFNT was feasible and well tolerated, with 28/30 completing 90 days and average use around 6.8 hours/day, supporting the practicality of home HFNT programs and motivating larger controlled trials. Journal of the COPD Foundation

Ongoing clinical trials: A Phase III randomized controlled trial (NCT05204888) is evaluating home HFNT via myAirvo 3 + usual COPD care versus usual care alone, with outcomes focused on exacerbations and/or mortality endpoints. ClinicalTrials
