Because we’ve diversified our services across respiratory therapy, diagnostics, and education, we’re able to support patients in multiple ways—efficiently and affordably. Quality care doesn’t have to come with a premium price tag.

Our online store is designed for ongoing, low-cost purchases for customers who already know what works best for their therapy. It’s perfect if you want convenient access to supplies at competitive prices without extra services.

In contrast, our in-store experience offers personalized care with a licensed respiratory therapist who can review your overall therapy, provide expert advice, and even offer mask fittings and trials to find the best fit for you. This valuable hands-on service comes with a cost but ensures you get the most effective and comfortable therapy possible.

Additionally, when you visit us in-store, we assist with insurance coverage to help minimize any out-of-pocket expenses for your CPAP supply packages. We provide very attractive packages both for your therapy and your wallet.

We’re proud to offer both options so you can choose what works best for your needs—whether it’s expert support in-person or cost-effective convenience online!

All visits to our clinic are by appointment only. We suggest calling ahead of time or booking online to ensure a staff member will be able to assist you.

Unfortunately, no—the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) offered by the Ontario Ministry of Health requires a full Level 1 Sleep Lab study to qualify for funding.

This means that while Home Sleep Testing can be a very fast, accurate and convenient way to diagnose sleep apnea, it does not meet the criteria for the ADP's financial assistance of $415.50 toward a CPAP machine or $712.50 toward a BiPAP machine.

If ADP funding is important for your therapy plan, speak with your healthcare provider about a referral for an in-lab Level 1 sleep study. In the meantime, SleepEZ offers additional support options to help bridge the funding gap when ADP isn't applicable.

Sleep Screening is a quick, preliminary check for signs of sleep issues—no diagnosis or physician interpretation.

Sleep Testing is a full clinical study, (At home or at a sleep lab) reviewed by a Therapist and a Sleep Medicine Physician, with a final diagnosis, and medical treatment if applicable.

Due to the medical and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any items once they have been purchased.

This policy helps us ensure the highest standards of health and safety for all customers.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery/ Pick Up, and we will gladly assist with a replacement.

Level 1 Sleep Lab testing in Ontario can involve wait times of over a year.

At SleepEZ Home Health, we offer no-wait Home Sleep Testing—the same approach used routinely across other provinces in Canada.

Our home-based diagnostic tests are fast, accurate, and physician-interpreted, giving you the answers you need without delay. Don’t let long waitlists hold you back from better sleep and better health.

To better serve our local community, SleepEZ Home Health offers home visits within the Ottawa region for an additional $20.00 fee. This includes a one time delivery & setup. For pickup, there would be an additional fee. where applicable.

The Assistive Devices Program (ADP) has a strict approval and documentation process. To be eligible for the Ontario government subsidy on CPAP or BiPAP therapy, patients must go through an in-person assessment with an ADP-authorized vendor.

Online or out-of-province purchases do not qualify for ADP funding, and any machines bought outside this process will not be reimbursed.

In Ontario, when a Level 1 Sleep Lab Study is performed, CPAP and BiPAP machines are partially funded by the Assistive Devices Program (ADP), which contributes $415.50 for CPAP and $712.50 for BiPAP, less than the at-cost value of the equipment. Due to this subsidy, private insurance reimbursements are typically limited, even if your policy offers 100% coverage.

While not all insurance companies allow direct billing for CPAP equipment, we’re proud to offer it for the following providers:

For all other insurance plans, a pay-and-submit process is required. But don’t worry—we assist every step of the way, including providing detailed receipts, pre-authorization estimates, and claim guidance to help you get reimbursed as smoothly as possible.

Yes! In Quebec, and all western and Atlantic provinces, Home Sleep Apnea Testing (HSAT) is the standard first step for diagnosing sleep-disordered breathing.

If your results show a moderate or higher level of sleep apnea, most private insurance plans will cover some or all of the cost of a CPAP machine and supplies. It’s a fast, convenient, and cost-effective way to get answers and start treatment if needed. We will assist you every step of the way!

That’s a great question—and a valid concern.

At SleepEZ Home Health, we follow strict ethical standards to ensure clinical objectivity and transparency at every step. Our Home Sleep Apnea Tests (HSATs) are scored and interpreted by independent, third-party sleep physicians and diagnostic service providers. We do not have any authority to alter, influence, or interpret your sleep data ourselves.

This model is not unique to us—in fact, across Canada, the USA, the UK, Japan, and many other countries, HSATs are now the standard for diagnosing sleep-disordered breathing through companies that sell CPAP and BiPAP equipment. HSATs are cost-effective, accessible, and accurate, especially for moderate to severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea.

Once a diagnosis is confirmed by a licensed physician, we simply help patients navigate therapy options, insurance coverage, and long-term compliance—just like any other pharmacy or healthcare supplier would following a doctor’s prescription.
