Included with your rental:

• Transcend Micro Travel CPAP Machine (up to 2 weeks)
• Professional machine setup and configuration (required)
• Transcend CPAP Hose
• Brand new air filter
• Premium travel case or lightweight string bag (your choice)
• 2 AirMist humidification capsules + AirMist case

Everything is assembled so you can pick up the device and go.

Rental Pricing

$137.25 — Up to 2 Weeks

Need more time?

You can extend your rental for an additional 2 weeks for $65.00.

Minimum rental period is 2 weeks. Pricing is not pro-rated.

Insurance Coverage

Depending on your insurance plan, CPAP equipment may be eligible for reimbursement.

At SleepEZ, we can:

• Provide proper receipts and documentation
• Help guide you through submitting to your insurance
• Assist you in maximizing coverage when applicable

If insurance coverage isn’t available, we maintain fair and transparent pricing so patients can still access therapy without inflated costs.

Security Deposit

All travel CPAP rentals require a $350 refundable security deposit.

This deposit is fully refunded upon return of the device in good condition.

The deposit ensures that the equipment, which is specialized medical equipment, is returned properly so it can be disinfected and prepared for the next patient.

Rental Requirements

To complete your rental, the following are required:

• Valid Photo ID
• Valid Credit Card on File
• $350 Refundable Security Deposit

If a credit card is not available:

• A $500 cash deposit will be required in addition to the rental fee
