Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible item(s) within 90 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee
A 12% restocking fee will be applied to all approved refunds to cover transaction and processing costs. Approved returns will be issued as store credit.

Refused Deliveries
Orders fulfilled within our 0–3 business day shipping policy that are refused by the customer upon delivery are not eligible for refunds. If a refused shipment is returned to SleepE-Z Home Health, the order amount will be issued as store credit only, minus any applicable restocking or shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain medical products cannot be returned once opened or used. The following items are non-refundable:

  • CPAP Machines

  • BiPAP Machines

  • Oxygen Concentrators

  • Nebulizers

Responsibility of Purchase
Customers are responsible for reviewing our shipping and return policies prior to placing an order. If our shipping timelines or policies do not meet your needs, we encourage you to purchase from a retailer that better aligns with your expectations.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we will provide instructions for completing your return.

Refused Shipments, Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase with SleepE-Z Home Health, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all shipping, return, and refund policies published on this website.

Orders are processed and fulfilled within our stated 0–3 business day shipping policy. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is considered accepted and fulfilled.

Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused by the customer, returned to sender due to refusal, or returned due to failure to receive the delivery, the order will not qualify for a refund. Any returned merchandise resulting from a refused shipment will be issued as store credit only, minus applicable shipping, handling, and restocking costs.

Unauthorized Chargebacks or Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting SleepE-Z Home Health to resolve the issue will be considered a violation of our purchase agreement.

If a chargeback is initiated for an order that has been properly processed, shipped, and delivered according to our policies, SleepE-Z Home Health reserves the right to:

  • Provide documentation of the order, shipment tracking, and policies to the payment processor.

  • Dispute the chargeback with supporting evidence.

  • Recover any fees associated with the dispute where permitted by law.

  • Restrict or refuse future purchases from the customer.

Fraudulent or Abusive Claims
SleepE-Z Home Health reserves the right to deny refunds, cancel orders, or restrict service in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of policies, or repeated disputes inconsistent with our published policies.

Prescription Policy for Class II Medical Devices

At SleepEZ Home Health, your safety and compliance with Health Canada regulations are our highest priority.

Prescription Requirement

The following equipment is regulated as Class II Medical Devices by Health Canada and requires a valid medical prescription prior to shipment and fulfillment:

  • CPAP Machines (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure)

  • APAP / Auto-CPAP Machines (Automatic Positive Airway Pressure)

  • BiPAP / BiLevel Machines

  • Oxygen Concentrators

A valid prescription must be provided to us before these items can be dispensed. Prescriptions may be uploaded, emailed, or faxed directly to our clinical team for verification.

Orders Without Prescription

If a valid prescription is not uploaded at the time of purchase, the customer has five (5) business days to provide the required documentation by contacting our team.

  • If a prescription is received within this period, your order will proceed to fulfillment.

  • If no valid prescription is received within five (5) business days, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued minus a 6% processing fee to cover non-refundable payment transaction costs.

Patient Responsibility

By purchasing through our store, patients acknowledge and accept responsibility for providing accurate medical documentation. Ordering a regulated device without the required prescription constitutes an invalid purchase of a Class II Medical Device under Health Canada regulations. SleepEZ Home Health is not liable for any delay or cancellation that results from the absence of a valid prescription.
