VAC & Canadian Armed Forces CPAP Support From Start to Finish

Navigating CPAP therapy through Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), Canadian Armed Forces benefits, Canadian Military coverage, Blue Cross or Medavie Blue Cross can involve much more than simply selecting a CPAP machine.

SleepEZ Home Health helps coordinate the clinical and administrative sides of therapy so you don't have to navigate the process alone. Whether you're starting treatment, replacing an existing CPAP, changing masks or simply restocking supplies, our goal is to make the experience as close to plug-and-play as possible.

Already using CPAP?

You don't need to start over. SleepEZ supports existing CPAP users requiring replacement equipment, new masks, accessories, therapy review or physician reporting — even if your original equipment came from another provider.

Diagnosis to Therapy

Already Completed a Sleep Study?

You can choose SleepEZ for your CPAP therapy regardless of where your diagnostic sleep study was completed.

If you've completed testing through Hôpital Montfort, another Ottawa sleep laboratory, a military health service, an Ontario sleep clinic or another physician, bring or send us the documentation you already have.

Our team can review your existing prescription and sleep-study information and help determine what is required to proceed with a new CPAP setup or replacement machine.

MONTFORT

If your sleep testing, specialist consultation or CPAP prescription came through Montfort Hospital, SleepEZ can assist with the next stage of therapy.

Replacement CPAP for Veterans Affairs & Canadian Armed Forces Members

Many Veterans Affairs Canada and Canadian Armed Forces clients who contact SleepEZ are already successfully using CPAP and simply need to replace an existing machine.

Whether your current CPAP is aging, becoming noisy, experiencing humidifier or motor problems, no longer transmitting data reliably, or simply no longer meeting your therapy needs, we can help assess your replacement options.

1. Contact SleepEZ

Tell us which CPAP you currently use and whether you're covered through VAC, Veterans Affairs Canada, Canadian Armed Forces, Canadian Military benefits or Medavie Blue Cross.

2. We Review the Requirements

Send whatever prescription, sleep-study information and authorization documents you currently have. We'll help identify what else may actually be required.

3. Choose Your Equipment

We'll help select an appropriate CPAP platform, mask and accessories based on your prescription, comfort, lifestyle and approved benefits.

Don't have all of your old paperwork?

Contact us anyway. Instead of having you chase documents unnecessarily, we'll help determine what information is actually needed for your individual replacement process.

Equipment Choice

Choose the CPAP Setup That Fits You

Veterans Affairs Canada and Canadian Armed Forces patients should not be treated as though every person needs the same CPAP machine or mask.

Equipment selection should consider your prescription, pressure needs, comfort, humidification preferences, travel requirements, previous therapy experience and the equipment approved under your individual benefit.

SleepEZ supports equipment and accessories across multiple major manufacturers, giving patients greater flexibility when building a comfortable therapy system.

Your CPAP machine doesn't determine your mask.

In most standard CPAP setups, patients can use a mask from a different manufacturer than their machine. For example, a patient using Yuwell or ResVent may prefer a Fisher & Paykel or ResMed mask. Our team can confirm compatibility and help fit the interface to the individual.

More Than a CPAP Store

Respiratory Therapist-Backed Care

CPAP is respiratory therapy, not simply an equipment purchase. Our approach focuses on making therapy effective, comfortable and sustainable.

Multiple CPAP Brands

We support equipment and accessories across manufacturers including Yuwell, ResVent, Fisher & Paykel, ResMed, Löwenstein, Philips Respironics and Transcend.

Personalized Mask Selection

Your mask is selected according to facial anatomy, breathing pattern, sleeping position, pressure requirements, comfort and previous mask experience.

Ongoing Monitoring

Where compatible with your device, therapy data can be reviewed for usage, residual events, mask leakage, pressure behaviour and comfort concerns.

Physician Reporting

Where clinically appropriate, therapy information and compliance data can be summarized and forwarded to your physician or authorized healthcare provider.

VAC & Blue Cross Assistance

We help eligible clients coordinate estimates, supporting paperwork and direct billing to reduce the administrative burden around CPAP therapy.
