SleepEZ Home Health provides professional respiratory therapy and sleep care through scheduled appointments. Retail order pickup is separate from clinical care.

Clinical Services: Appointment Required

CPAP/BiPAP consultations, fittings, therapy troubleshooting, home sleep testing, respiratory assessments and oxygen therapy consultations must be booked in advance.

Our Registered Respiratory Therapists reserve dedicated time for individualized care. Private clinical consultations are not covered or subsidized by OHIP; professional consultation fees apply and vary by service.

Other equipment or insurance funding eligibility may differ.

Pickup does not include a consultation, equipment fitting, therapy assessment or troubleshooting session. Please arrange an appointment separately if you need clinical assistance.

Yes. Customers from Gatineau, Aylmer and surrounding Outaouais communities are welcome to choose an available Ottawa pickup location.

Is delivery available to Gatineau and Aylmer?

When is local delivery free?

Eligible orders of $99 or more qualify for free local delivery within our applicable Ottawa delivery area, subject to product and address restrictions.

Can I pick up my order immediately after checkout?

Not necessarily. Orders follow our standard processing policy. Please wait for our pickup-ready email or call 613-777-9907 before ordering if you need to confirm urgent availability.

Where do I collect my Kanata purchase?

At reception inside Head Office Ottawa, Unit 6 – 430 Hazeldean Road. Tell reception you have a SleepEZ Home Health pickup and provide your name and the item purchased.

How do I collect an order in Barrhaven?

Your labeled order will be stored in the designated pickup locker at Unit 204 – 16 Green Street. We will email you specific collection instructions once it is ready.

Can I get a mask fitting or CPAP troubleshooting during pickup?

No. These are clinical services and require a separate scheduled appointment. Order collection does not include clinical assistance.

Are clinical consultations covered by OHIP?

SleepEZ Home Health's private clinical consultations are not covered or subsidized by OHIP; standard professional fees apply. Other funding or insurance programs for eligible equipment and services may differ.

Can someone else collect my order?
