Home sleep apnea testing allows eligible patients to complete diagnostic testing in their usual sleeping environment.
SleepEZ home sleep tests are offered as a private, pay-per-test service. This is separate from the MSP-funded home sleep apnea testing pathway available through qualifying British Columbia facilities.
Your SleepEZ testing fee includes the applicable equipment, test support, data collection and physician interpretation included in the selected testing program.
The appropriate test depends on your symptoms, medical history and the type of sleep-disordered breathing being investigated.
Some patients may require an in-laboratory polysomnogram rather than a home sleep test.
Explore Home Sleep TestingWhen testing confirms that CPAP therapy is required, an eligible SleepEZ home sleep testing fee may be credited toward the final cost of an eligible CPAP package purchased through SleepEZ.
Depending on the patient’s private-insurance plan, the credited amount may then form part of the eligible CPAP claim.
This may allow eligible patients to recover some or all of the testing cost through their insurance reimbursement.

An effective CPAP machine still depends on a comfortable and stable mask.
A poorly selected mask can contribute to leakage, dryness, skin irritation, pressure marks, eye irritation, frequent awakenings and removal of the mask during sleep.
Following your virtual consultation and assessment, our team may identify up to three suitable mask options to guide the trial process.
Compatible CPAP and BiPAP devices can transmit therapy information for remote clinical review.
In many cases, therapy data may begin becoming available after the first night of use.
